The hotel facilities were great, from the clean and spacious rooms to the on-site parking. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city, making it easy to access major tourist attractions. The hotel also had a great transportation service, which I utilized and found to be comfortable. the breakfast was delicious and the staff was genuinely friendly and accommodating.

Nothing, no complaints at all.

Great location, close to the city center and easy to reach major tourist attractions. The hotel staff were friendly and always ready to help. We enjoyed the on-site restaurant serving delicious cuisine. The hotel had a wonderful spa which we used for some relaxing massage.

The room service could have been better, slow response and poor communication. The hotel lacked good views from the windows.

The location of the hotel is quite convenient for exploring the nearby attractions. the cinnamon restaurant offers live gazal music which makes the environment special. the staff is professional and friendly.

The hotel room size is disappointing and doesn't match the expectations given the cost.

The rooms are well-appointed with good amenities and have a pleasing interior. The staff provides personalized and helpful service, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Furthermore, the breakfast spread offers a wide variety of cuisines and the coffee served by Paromita is excellent.

All aspects of this hotel were more than satisfactory.

Great Value for Money and Delicious Food! I recently stayed at a hotel during my city trip. I must say that I am truly impressed with the great value for money offered here. the rooms were spacious and comfortable. the hotel is conveniently located near some stunning attractions, making it easy to explore the city. I must say that the food served was delicious, and I thoroughly enjoyed my dining experience.

the service was quite slow, and it took longer than expected to receive the things we needed.
